Dishonest Seller
The Seller "insideyourstyle" has posted a tool product, and set it up in a way that it claims it would fit my bike's clutch, but it turned out to be incorrect.
I requested return, but they penalized me with return shipping costs, and saying they cannot control ebay's system. I doubt this, and believe, eBay offers multiple ways to reimburse customers.
I cannot open a case now, since I have been refunded, but I want the return shipping as well.
How can I get this?

"Doesn't fit" is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so the seller can choose to have the buyer pay for the return shipping cost.

OP2 years agoThank for your response. It was very helpful, and I have edited the text accordingly.
In my case doesn't fit was not a question of taste or emotions, this tool was simply cannot fit into the nut.

Completely understandable.
When the item is not clothing, such as in your case, it would have been appropriate to use the reason "didn't match description" instead of "didn't fit", since you said that the listing said it would fit your bike's clutch.

OP2 years agoCan you suggest a way, how to get the shipping back? Plus the website is still calling my vechicle type/model/year as a match for that tool, despite I've contacted the seller.
