Dishonest Seller
What do you do with a dishonest seller who sells you a computer as new when he knows it came from a Best Buy clearance table. It arrived broken (bad processor fan) and I immediately informed him and yet at first he refused to do anything. After several requests he finally sent me a return label and the computer was sent back to him. With tracking he received the computer but yet he has not returned the money back to eBay. He want to keep the money and the computer and have the credit card company reimburse me. So far I have gotten the run around from Ebay, Pay Pal, and the credit card company since I am still required to pay. In other words it is still on by bill. I need suggestion on what if anything I can do next. I am out $577.79.
I have been with Ebay over 10 years and I know all sellers are not like this one. If I get stuck like I have so far I will have no other choice but to disassociate myself from all three (3) listed above. Plus I need the money back so I can purchase another (new not broken) computer.
