Dishonest Buyer
I have a buyer who is trying to return a piece of art because he says the listing didn't describe the item properly nor the pics. Of course there is no option to refuse or argue the case online. The item was perfectly described and it is even in nicer in person than the pictures can show.
I'm tempted to contact him directly, maybe even using his phone number and see if I can see reason. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor4 months agoUnfortunately for you, if the buyer filed a return request with a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee you will be required to approve the return request, provide a prepaid return shipping label & refund when you receive the returned item.
