Dishonest buyer
Buyer purchased my item then read “no return policyâ€
Requested cancellation via email stating “have no use for item that he can’t returnâ€
clearly discovering his attention. At that point I couldn’t cancel Item B/C it was not damaged or out of stock plus it was paid. I waited 24 hrs for him to sort it with eBay before I “failed†to shipp it. When I didn’t hear from buyer I shipped item. He left me negative feedback. Which eBay will not remove. Stating everyone is entitled to their opinion and that wouldn’t affect my seller preference. Now same dishonest buyer claims he didn’t receive “dump†have I even sent it?! Tracking number shows that it has been delivered. eBay is so hard to reach and disappointing! Please give me advise obviously blocking the buyer would not even be close what he deserves.

You should have cancelled as buyer requested and not shipped. You should always help your buyer when you can, and since you had not yet shipped, it would have been easy to cancel. No good every comes from not helping your buyer.
You can politely reply to the feedback, but remember - your response tells me more about you as a seller than the buyer’s feedback tells me. Choose your words carefully.

OP2 years agoI tried to cancel but didn’t have option unless item was damaged, out of stock or buyer didn’t pay for 4 days!!!

That is odd. I would have just refunded the buyer in full then, without cancelling the transaction. The only difference is that the order sits in your waiting for shipment until it ages off, but you can archive it so you don’t have to look at it. If it happens again, ask and we can explain how to do this.
