Dishes broken in shipment

I mailed package of misc dishes. Wrapped them in bubble wrap securely and sent. The had a lot of breakage. Buyer paid shipping. As seller I said no returns. They chose shipping

@for-517890 As the seller YOU are responsible for the item to arrive safely and on time. Bubble wrap alone will not protect breakables. No returns policy is for buyers remorse returns ONLY, doesn't fit, changed mind etc. The eBay MBG overrules your no returns policy.

Postal insurance is for the SELLER, the buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee that their item will arrive on time and be as described in the listing.

All eBay shipping labels come with $100 insurance.

You need to ask the buyer for a picture of the items, the box and the packing material. Ask the buyer to hold on to all of these items in case the post office needs to see them to settle your claim. They won't pay if you didn't pack correctly.

Then you refund the buyer right away. They don't wait for an insurance payout if any.

You are responsible for getting the item to the buyer in the condition they were in in the listing.

No Returns only applies to buyers remorse returns. If the buyer opens an item not as described case, you will need to either accept the return, pay return shipping, and refund the buyer in full upon receiving it back, or refund without requiring the return.
