Disgusted since no one at Ebay to reach anyone have contact phone number
Sent wrong item from seller. Highly annoying and inconvenient. Need phone contact number. Anyone?

All you need to do is file a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn’t provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days of your filing the request … then return to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you received something that is not as described in the listing, you have eBay Buyer Protections for 30 days after delivery. It is recommended you first contact the Seller to give them the chance to make things right. You may need to open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller is required to respond to that case. If the item you received is "not as described" and the Seller's return policy requires that you return it, the Seller would need to pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund.
