Disgruntled buyer who wants a refund
Buyer wanted to buy an item at a much lower price and I agreed. Buyer decided after receiving the item to report that it was not correct and wanted a refund. I find this disturbing as that is not correct and buyer immediately gave me a negative feedback. So far ebay will not change the feedback and I am waiting a response from ebay on the refund as I did not agree to a refund. I did nothing wrong.

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer filed a Returns Request and selected Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. If you refuse, on day 4, the buyer can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in. ebay can then refund the buyer from your funds, you don't get the FVF credited, and an unresolved transaction is recorded on your seller account. Too many of those defects and you can be restricted or suspended.
