Mentor2 years agoThere is a report link on each message in eBay messaging. I would report his abusive messages. eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If the Seller is not responding to your requests for a refund, you can open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller is required to respond. If the Seller does not respond to the case, you can ask eBay to step in to process your refund.
