Discrimination.
I've tried on various occasions to purchase pro speakers to be shipped to Puerto Rico, and sellers state they don't mail to the island. I ask why, as we are a US territory and share same postal service and rates are same. eBay allows this as they regard the island as foreign territory, affecting sales and purchases. If this is not discrimination, I can't find any other word to describe this action. I work for USPS as a retail trainer and it's time management stops supporting this disgusting unlawful practice

You might be better served to complain directly to eBay because they have your country listed under the Central America and Carribean Region which includes 30 countries that Sellers can turn ON or OFF for International shipping or they can just check the Region box and ALL countries are blocked.

·11 months agoSellers are allowed to exclude many shipping locations, including Puerto Rico, and if they are not shipping via USPS, the shipping costs may be significantly higher to Puerto Rico. It is not unlawful to restrict their shipping destinations in accordance with eBay policy.
