Discriminated on eBay garentee
Bought a Solar generator on March 2, 2026 and it says delivered but I never received it. They didn't even provide a carrier that I could call such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. They didn't provide any. I repeatly inquired to the seller about a refund for the item I didn't receive and no response. I tried to get a refund from eBay it says not covered by garentee. Now the seller contacts say he is no longer with eBay. So, I've been trying over and over to speak with someone about dental of my garentee because the next Solar generator I purchased after that on eBay is covered by eBay if it isn't delivered. It is cheaper but received a notification that it might not be available. If it isn't the request a refund. Nevertheless, I'm still haven't received my refund from the Ecoflow generator I bought on March 2, 2026. That is why I'm asking the community to step in and see what's going on.

What is the EIN for the listing you bought, and what is the tracking number and company you were given/
