discrepancy on my feedbacks
I just noticed a discrepancy on my feedback. If I go to my "feedback profile", I have 5 stars on accurate description, shipping cost and speed and communication. But, if I view "detailed seller ratings" at the end of each of my active listings for sale, it is showing 4.9 for "accurate description and shipping cost". This could affect my sales !! How can I get this corrected, I have looked and looked but cannot find where I can actually contact Ebay to resolve this. thank you !!

It's what (one of) your buyers did when they left feedback and ratings. You cannot change it or ask eBay to do so.
I don't expect that it will affect your sales. It's hardly noticeable.
Some buyers can't resist being a little mean.

·3 years agoI made a mistake. It is noticeable near the bottom of each listing.
I'm sorry, it will last for a year.
