Discrepancy between eBay listing and seller description
The eBay listing says “the item includes applicable import fees — you won’t pay anything extra after checkoutâ€. The seller description says “duties not includedâ€. The seller gave me a strange response when asked “as of October 17th eBay has started displaying the message ‘all customs duties are included in the price’. However, for the items I am listing, customs duties are the buyers responsibility.†Is eBay wrong? Does the sellers description supersede the eBay listing? A lot of listings are now saying this. Can anyone offer clarity?
