Discrepancies in supplying of the products that I ordered
Upon opening the packet, I was surprised to find three small plastic containers containing products from the Enclave BioActives brand named "Emma," which does not match my order for Nihar coconut methi jasmine oil. I believe the seller did it intentionally to cheat the customers. What can I do?

Mistake or intentional check the Sellers Feedback history to see if they did that kind of thing to other customers. If you do NOT see Feedback stating that sort of thing then it may have been a mistake.
You have 30 days from receipt to use the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Via the item in your Purchase history you file a return using the reason "does not match pictures or description" REGARDLESS of the Seller's return policy. eBay will send you a return shipping label. Once the Seller has the item back they will have 2 days to refund you, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.

Mentor1 year agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
