Discovered perfume was counterfeit after return closing date
Any ideas what can be done about this?
The (expensive) perfume was bought in September as a Christmas present and opened on Christmas day. It was sealed in a cellophane wrapper.
Several discrepancies in the labelling and definitely not the legitimate fragrance.
Seller not responding to my messages.
Any help appreciated.

Mentor1 year agoYou can do nothing through eBay as you passed the Money Back Guaranty deadline of 30 days after receipt. Go to your payment source to see if you can open a charge back for the purchase.
