Discounts without permission
I literally lost a $875.00 sale on a piece of jewelry I was selling Sunday night! Seller sent snapshot of "Shineten" 10% off by copying and pasting at check out. Obviously it didn't work, then I started getting "hey, where's my discount" messages,which led to her requesting canceling the purchase. I'm livid...who gives Ebay permission to do that? I lost a sale and turned down a previous offer. And, of course,you can't get a live person to discuss this with. Anybody else had this issue? I feel there should be compensation made when this happens! Also, does anyone have an actual phone number for Ebay?
