Discounts vs Best Offers
I am a seller and I accept and send offers to potential buyers.
But for the holidays I'm also offering a 40% discount on all items in my store.
If I offer a buyer a lower price and they accept it, do they also get the discount? Or does the discount only show up when its the full price?
How does the ebay system handle this?
