Discounted shipping fees disappeared

Question

I opted in only using EBay ship labels to give shipping discounts to buyers. The later has been the only (slightly) neg from buyers (shipping cost too high). I have refunded buyers in- the- past (without a request to do so) when my cost w/ EBay label was less (by $1.00 or more) than theirs. Interestingly, none of the buyers in- the- past ever acknowledged thisâ€¦ But, now some of my listed items are NOT showing the shipping discount (that was previously there) & have been changed to full cost shipping. This is especially noted on some (not all) items listed with USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. & USPS PRIORITY. No discount!
Why is this happening?

@ccsher413 Adding to my fellow Mentors advice. Keep in mind that rates went up last week for many services.

I also recommend NOT checking the box to show shipping cost on the label. You are allowed to charge a bit more for shipping than actual cost to cover insurance, packing supplies, etc.

If you want to give the buyer your discount, then go here:

Be aware that ebay charges FVF on shipping price + sales tax, so if you give all of the discount to your buyer, you need to increase the item price to make up for it.
