Discount shipping rates
Has anyone run into an issue with USPS returning items to them saying that additional shipping was required as they don’t recognize discounts on shipping? I’ve literally sent an item weighing less than 1oz with an ebay shipping label for .69 and it was returned stating I owed .74. Just curious if this is a common occurrence?

Mentor1 year ago@thatcollectorguy-33 It sounds like you used eBay Standard Envelope. There are a lot of rules you must follow to make sure that the items can ship with ESE.
For future shipments check to see if your post office has a Metered Mail box for drop offs. This may not help with the current problem.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.
