Disappearing order?
I recently ordered a set of glasses frames. I received an email from the seller via eBay on March 21, 2024, that they had shipped. The delivery address was correct. The price was correct. Everything looked good. By today, April 17, 2024, the frames had not arrived. I went to eBay to see how to report that they had not arrived, and the frames are not listed in the list of items I have ordered! I tried clicking the seller's link on the email notifying me they had been sent, and it goes to that seller's online store, but when I try to log in, my login credentials are not recognized. I can't reply to the email eBay sent because the email says they don't check that address. When I try to go through the eBay process to report something not having arrived, I can't, because it is not in the list of items I've ordered. I can't seem to send an email directly to eBay any other way. I'm starting to look through my credit card records to report fraud if it has been charged for the frames. I can't think of anything else to do.
