disallowed posting an item that is posted by other sellers
I posted an after-market, over-the-counter new replacement part (water reservoir) for a discontinued C-Pap machine (ResMed Elite II). eBay provided suggested starting and ending prices and directed me to other sellers selling the exact same item. However, when I clicked on "List It" I received a red message saying this item was disallowed because it was a medical device. I read the descriptions given on the other sites selling this identical item, adjusted my description, but was again kept from posting it. How do I list it to show that it is NOT a medical device but a replacement part?
