Disagreement with Authentication Service
Does anyone know how to file a complaint against the eBay Authentication Service? Specifically, the newest one in New Jersey for handbags? I am the seller - they authenticated the bag but 'negated' the Authenticity Guarantee as they claimed the bag had been repainted! You cannot repaint what has never been painted - monogram coated canvas. Some wear was touched up with a colored sealant to coordinate with the colors of the bag. The purpose was to prevent further wear to the same location. Multiple pics were provided and explained in the listing. However, apparently the service considered that as a customization! In the USA you have the right to face your accuser - why can't I have this same right with eBay's Authentication Service?????
