Disagree with buyers reason for refund request for return
Has anyone ever had an item returned for a refund and when you receive the item back, you don't agree with the prospective buyers assessment? I asked for a second opinion and they agreed that the complaint did not seem justified. I am tempted to re-list but I am fearful it will be returned again? I offer refunds and so I did not hesitate to offer an immediate refund as the price of the article did not seem to warrant the fuss.
