This seller lied on the listing. I paid and when I received the car, there were many unreported issues. I tried to work it out with him but he was stubborn and is in another state so basically he wouldn't do anything except say pay another $780 in shipping and he would refund my money. I then posted a negative feedback, which he got taken down and my question is can I get this reinstated? Ebay says they are investigating him. He had me pay outside ebay and then stated that I didn't pay. Anyone have anything like this happen? What can I do?
