Dior Woman’s perfume Fake . Seller unable to reach
Hello, bought 2 Dior woman’s perfumes one arrived. The 2nd arrives June 2nd . The one that arrive is fake . The color is dark brown when it should be pink yellow. The label in the bottle is fake not the same label as my original perfume. I am trying to reach him when I put his information on my eBay side. It says he’s not around. He doesn’t exist blah blah blah blah blah help.

If you receive something that it is not the item listed, in your case fake, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case. If both items were a single purchase but shipped separately wait for the entire order to be delivered before opening the refund.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
If they were separate orders: When the 2nd one arrives, if it is also not genuine you open a not as described refund for that item too.
