There is no way to mark an item as delivered. You can mark as "Shipped"
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/electronically-delivered-items-policy?id=4289
You can sell digitally delivered items via a "Classified Ad"
This link should take you to "How to sell with eBay Classified Ads"
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/-/listing-tips/selling-classified-ads?id=4167
Create your listing on the "Advanced Listing Tool" (with the ︙ 3 dots in the upper right) then:
1) Select an appropriate Category (such as Everything Else > Information Products)
2) Click "Format" in the "Pricing" area
3) Select Classified Ad (Not Auction, not Buy It Now)
And this link should tell you about digitally delivered items:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/-/electronically-delivered-items-policy?id=4289
- The fee for a classified ad is $9.95/month whether your item sells or not, but there are no final value fees.
- When a buyer wants to purchase your item, you will be able to communicate your desired payment method and your delivery method.
- No shipping method is required for this sort of listing.
- You can email the item to your buyer.
- Digital books would generally be listed in Everything Else > Information Products
- Password items are prohibited on eBay see: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/mailing-lists-personal-information-policy?id=4297

Mentor1 year ago@lunariamarket I don't who told you that was the way to list digital items, that is not correct. You are only going to make about .56 cents after fees too IF eBay even pays out since you are a new seller with no tracking to prove delivery. All buyers payments go to a linked and verified checking account.
This type of item is not a good fit for eBay.
The only way to deliver to email per eBay policy is if you list as a Classified Listing which costs $9.95. There are not any other selling fees when your item sells. The listing fee is NOT refundable and paid even if the digital item doesn't sell.
Electronically delivered items such as digital items that you have the legal right to sell can only be listed in the classified section Everything else> information products.
Here's the policy: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/electronically-delivered-items-policy?id=4289&st=
If you wish to create a classified listing you will need to switch to the Advanced Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub.
Opt in to Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw Start the listing here:
https://www.ebay.com/sl/prelist/suggest?sr=shstart
Select Classified from the drop down menu and then there will not be a shipping method required.
If you do not list this way the buyer can say they didn't receive digital item since you won't have tracking and you will have to issue a refund. You also will be violating eBay policy if you don't list digital items this way and eBay may ban your account.
