Digital item
So I'm selling something that's digital. How can I post it when selling it. As far as shipping goes? I sold 1 item already and messaged the buyer the code and he redeemed it already but my funds are on hold until I ship it to him. But he already claimed it.

eBay has a strict policy on the sale of digital items due to the high risk involved. You must be pre-approved to sell them.

Since you do not have proof of delivery, carrier tracking that shows delivered, there is no seller protection for an item not received. Your funds are on hold and will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time. If the buyer does open an item not received claim you will have to refund their payment.
