digital cards
I would like to know how it is legal to create a digital card of a licensed product and sell it on ebay. Take Topps for an example. They must have pattern rights on all their products and to make a copy of their patented or licensed product without their permission would this not be against the law.

I would reach out to the Topps company and let them know. Let them decide what, if any, action is required.
They can compel eBay to remove these listings.
