Difficulty returning an item
I'm having difficulty contacting an agent regarding a return. The email they sent has "technical difficulties". There is no way to reach anyone. Please advise.

‘Contacting an agent’ isn’t part of the normal return process.
What you do is file a ‘return request’ from your Payment History. And then ask eBay to step in if the seller hasn’t provided either a prepaid return shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days.
