Difficulty allowing a listing to be sold on Global Shipping to Canada

Hi,

I have someone who wants to purchase an item, a plastic toy, and have it shipped to Canada. I'm having difficulty finding a way to get Global Shipping on this listing. I've cancelled the listing and am trying to relist it reflecting Global Shipping, and can't find that option. Any suggestions?

The ebay Global Shipping has been changed. It is now ebay International Shipping (and the hub is now in Glendale Heights, IL). Go to
