Difficult to understand Seller
The item I purchased had multiple pictures to indicate what accessories came with the item and was listed as being made for a certain task. The item I received is very similar to what was advertised but does not include the accessories needed to perform the task that I purchased it for. I've asked the seller to remedy this and the language barrier has been difficult. They will not acknowledge that the item is supposed to come with the accessories they have pictures of in their listing. They have offered me partial refunds that are 10% or less of what I paid as they insist that in order to get a full refund I would have to ship the item back to them as per ebay's policies and that option would be too costly for both parties (US back to China). Is this information true or are they trying to bully me into keeping the item? I've tried going through ebay Assistant but I keep getting stuck in a loop. Has anyone else had this experience? Any advice would be appreciated.

Mentor8 months agoSince the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
