Different tracking number than posted on ebay
I entered the wrong shipping style on ebay and ended up getting a new tracking number at the post office. I have shipped and the buyer has received the package. How do I get paid

Mentor2 years agoIf you printed a shipping label using ebay, you need to VOID it to get your money back.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package. Since you purchased a label at the post office, you need to enter that tracking number into the transaction, so when the tracking shows Delivered, you will be paid.
