Different label needed
I recently sold something across country and originally had the wrong packaging for the post office. After I printed the label took it in, they said that they could not send it so I had to go to UPS. My question is I had to spend 50 extra dollars to make the shipment. Considering I had to adjust this, does anybody know if I will get the money back for the other postage since I did not use it or how does that work? I don’t know how to get in touch with eBay so I can’t get directions, but I had to deliver it before tomorrow.

If you purchase a label through eBay and don't use it you have 28 days to Cancel it on this page via the drop-down menu on the left of the item in question. Track and manage your shipments
Your account will be credited the label cost in 21 days or less.
