didnt recieve product and lost a challenge
ordered a swingset from this person...never got it...dec 18...ebay says i goy it...i dont and his tracking number isnt legit with usps...ebay charging me...i dont get it...181 dollars

Mentor1 year agoIt sounds like you opened an "Item not received" case which you lost since the seller had tracking that shows delivery. In order to win an appeal you will need a letter on the USPS letterhead that states thar the address on the delivery tracking is not your address that was provided on payment. This must be an original letter and not an email (since emails can be faked).

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
