Didnt receive package fake tracking

Ordered 2 items from a seller at 2am. The next day they showed delivered at 12pm. Can't find anything I knew it was fake. I call FedEx and they tell me it's not in my name or address but delivered to my zip code. eBay sides with them when I dispute. I tell them to confirm with FedEx and they just tell me it's been confirmed delivered. Appealed and denied. Because the tracking they provided shows delivered. eBay refuses to contact FedEx and confirm that the tracking number was not to my name or address. What can I do? eBay isn't looking into it. Seller has $400 he scammed me out of. I'm about to just give up 😥
