Didn't receive package
Package details says it's out for delivery since Monday, still haven't received it and it's Thursday now. Does anyone know the number for ebay to talk to a person.

Mentor7 months agoeBay did not ship the package so they cannot help you with the delivery. You would need to contact the shipping carrier and see what they can find out for you.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guaranty if the package does not arrive within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history. You cannot open an "Item not received" case until the last estimated delivery date has passed by at least one full day. Once you open the case the seller has three days to show with tracking that the package has been delivered or is still moving through the shipping carriers system. If they cannot do this then you can "ask eBay to step in" and they will force a refund. Keep in mind that if the package does get subsequently delivered that it is really not fair to keep the item and the refund you received.
