Didn't receive my refund

I requested a refund on a laptop magnifying glass I paid 82 bucks for me and was sent a really cheap item so I returned it agreed to a eBay card it said I would receive it by the 20th. Today is the 20th and I still haven't been refund. I did contact the seller no response

@ter-50476 The Gift card should show when you checkout. I don't know of any other way to see it.
