Hi community Have a problem.2 months ago I payed for shoes, but still didn't get them. I've reported it a month ago, but the seller didn't answer and I don't know what to do - ebay administration doesn't help me.What to do?

You most likely will need to file a chargeback with your payment method.

You only have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to file an "item not received" case with eBay, then up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in if the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery or does not refund you.

If you have waited too long to start your case or to ask eBay to step in you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit card issuers offer up to six months protection for items that are not received.
