Didn't receive my package
On October 27 2023 I purchased a stanley plane at $90.10 it never made it to me and I contacted the seller he didn't help much I contacted the USPS and they couldn't find it so I contacted Ebay and they were supposed to refund me my purchases I have been fighting for my refund but now I find out from a dept agency that I owe them apparently the seller disputed the refund and now I get screwed the seller says that I received it and gave him a feedback rating I told him that I gave feedback for another item that some how he got it not the other person there are text that shows I have from Ebay and the USPS that says I didn't receive it as of now I have already paid once and shouldn't have to pay again if you don't want me to close my account then you better reopen the case and look closer at the seller who is/has screwed me I have to pay again I am closing my account now
