Didn't receive everything that was listed
I ordered a gas powered post hole digger with 6,8 and 10 inch bits plus extension. Contacted seller and keep getting the same messages back and talking in circles. I've provided pictures including the listing post that clearly states what is included and now they won't respond back

Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
You will need to obtain a box since you threw the original box away. You will be returning the items you did received used, so the seller may withhold some of the refund since the items were not returned in the same condition as sent.
