Didnt Get promotion from ebay live.

It has been 2 weeks since my purchase and I havent gotten anything in My Ebay or via email about the 5x 20$ off $50+ purchases promo that was sent to my email. Feel scammed.

The eBay Live coupon appears to be issued to your registered email address versus being available in the Coupons section in My eBay as shown below:

Go to My eBay > Activity > Summary to find the coupon/obtain the Redemption Code:

If you a chat option to communicate with an Agent, you'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent:

Click on the Contact eBay link (below) and scroll down to "Need more help?"
Select one of the options: Selling or Buying
Click on the appropriate topic.
Find the "Chat with our automated assistant" link.
If your questions remain unanswered: Type Agent into the text box.

I contacted customer service via chat and the person told me that I did meet the conditions for the promotion and that they submitted a ticket. That was on Thursday. Well, fast forward to Monday, no coupon. I feel like this person deceived me to try and get a good rating from me. Luckily I have run into similar situations, so I knew not to give them a rating prematurely. I just wish that I could give them a 1 star for lying to me, but Ebay only gives you like a day to submit your review.
