Didn’t get my package
Summary: cha850022 is frustrated after not receiving a $300 item they ordered on eBay. Although the order is marked as delivered, it was sent to the wrong address due to an apparent mistake by the seller. The mislabeled delivery is causing issues with obtaining a refund, as customer service has yet to provide a resolution.
All right, so how do I get a refund for $300 item I didn’t receive, so first I ordered this $300 item, put in the correct information and everything. The order says it was delivered and signed for I go downstairs five minutes later there was no package. No one else was home so it couldn’t have been then I called FedEx and they said the address was a different address put on there not the one that I put on the eBay order to get shipped to, so the eBay seller must’ve put a different address, and now that it’s marked as delivered to that different address eBay customer service ,won’t give me a refund or anything, like how fucking slow do you have to be to not understand that I did not get my package and the seller shipped it to the wrong house and that’s why it’s marked as delivered. It was delivered to the wrong house not mine and I didn’t get my package.
