Didn't get a pin number to collect my package from POP

Question

I ordered package from Germany. I live in Poland and when package came to my home I was out at work.

Now I can't collect my package because I didn't receive a pin number to collect the package. DHL told me they can't do because ebay is supervising so I have to contact to ebay. Problem is I don't know how to contact them. Can you help me?
