·2 years ago@adrio67 Did the buyer pay? If the buyer paid, then the final value fee eBay charges for that category is 14.95% of the total sale (including shipping cost and tax). So about $700 is the right amount for a $4000 sale.
If the buyer never paid, but eBay is charging you the final value fee, you'll need to contact eBay > Help & Contact.
You sold the tuner on Feb. 27, but then relisted it and ended it without a sale on Mar. 16.
