Didn’t use printed label
I printed the eBay label to ship an item that I sold. Then I realized that the dimensions on the box wouldn’t be right. I tried to void the label, but I couldn’t tell if it went through. I just took the box to the shipping place and paid for shipment. I entered the additional tracking code. It has been delivered. But I think I messed things up. The money for the eBay label is subtracted from the amount I am owed. And it looks like there should be another shipment. I need advice. Thank you

·3 years agoIf you voided the label, it will take USPS a few weeks to process your refund. I suspect you'll see the credit in a few weeks. And yes, even with a voided label, the tracking still appears on the sale.
