Didn’t receive item
I want to know how long it is going to take until I receive resolution. I’ve been waiting since 8-28 and have paid for this item in full. Furthermore the response from the seller is racist in nature and claims funds haven’t been received. Funds were charged and cleared my account on the 28th. The seller has provided one excuse after another. I want my money back, I want resolution immediately. This is terrible customer service by eBay.

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

OP1 year agoThanks I did all of your first options starting on the 10th which was the day after my last delivery day. Now it looks like I just have to wait.

Mentor1 year agoI understand that waiting to get your money back is frustrating since the seller has not been helpful.
You do have to wait until the 16th to ask eBay to step in. Just a note that if eBay has to force the refund then the seller gets a much deserved Defect and doesn't get their selling fees back.
You can also report the seller if they sent threatening messages. First way to report an inappropriate message is to click on the 3 dots on the upper right of the message.
