Didn’t receive an item
I asked eBay to step in 3 weeks ago on an item I have not received so far they have done nothing it just says pending does anyone know if they actually do anything or is it just a loss

Did you already file a Refund Request?
If so, and seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
Go back to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "View request details" to see the status of your refund request.
