Hello, my case is 5371509242 closed with this number. I always buy from eBay, but this time nothing helped me and I lost money buying from eBay. I will try not to buy from eBay again because if I don't receive the product for any reason, there is no guarantee and my money will be wasted. I am very unhappy.

Mentor8 months agoEbay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
If you do not receive an item and the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 1 day, you have 30 days to file a Refund Request.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
