Didn’t not receive my package
I purchased a pre-sale item from Andrew policy, which was the switch to. They marked it as delivered on June 2 which was impossible because the item was not even for sale anywhere until June 5. The item that I received was a thank you note which I have the proof from the post office and the note This was covered by a moneyback guarantee which eBay did not uphold. I did not receive my item and I did not receive a refund and I am not stopping until I get one. Do not buy anything from Andrew policy. This us a scam and EBay will do nothing about it

You needed to file a Return Request within 30 days from the day you received the thank you note stating the item did not match description.
Since it has been more than 30 days, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
