Mentor3 years agoOnce an item is delivered, the seller's responsibility ended. Neither the seller nor eBay are responsible for theft.
You are responsible for items stolen from your home after delivery. You could have contacted the delivery service for GPS information. If it was indeed delivered to your home, you could have filed a police report about the theft or filed a claim with your homeowner's insurance. After 2 months, there is nothing that can be done.
