Question

I received email that confirmed my shipment is already delivered but I didnâ€™t receive it. And I tried many times to contact with seller but there is issue in system. Order No. (03-14120-90838)

Here is what you should do:

Check the tracking number on the order and confirm the delivery address matches your checkout address.
Check around your property and with household members or neighbors in case the carrier left it in a secure location.
Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number and ask for delivery confirmation or GPS delivery details.
If the item is still not located, open an Item Not Received request in your Purchase history:

Select the order and choose I didnâ€™t receive my item.

Opening the request is the correct way to reach the seller and eBay if messaging is not working.
